Doze it helps you to do little action every day, that youre usually too busy or too lazy to do.
A doze is that little action that you want to do. It should be something not too hard or too long, for example, reading for 10-15 min or going for a little run.
Every day, a doze of your list will be selected randomly and you will have to do it.
You will also have a reminder at around the same time, to create new good habits!
Manage your dozes as you wish, add things you always wanted to do, or start a new passion.
